Automatic tagging

Tagged by where it came from

Nobody wants to spend time filing documents. In Neuvex, a file is tagged according to where it was uploaded from, so the context travels with it. Whether it was attached to a visit, a learning plan, a conversation or a piece of evidence, it ends up in the same central area.

  • Attachments to visits, learning plans, conversations and evidence
  • Tagged automatically, with no manual filing
  • One folder per tag, each with a count
  • Everything tracked centrally on the learner’s record
